One of the greatest benefits of working with the staff at ReEntry by Design is that the person who helps design the release plan with the individual while incarcerated will be the same person who helps the person put it into effect once released. We start by engaging with individuals as early as 12 months prior to release and work closely with them to identify the life they would like to live. We believe in a "whole person" approach to re-entering society.
You and your loved one can work toward a brighter future with Re-entry by Design. Hope's Crossing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope in the lives of women trying to overcome te barriers to success after being released from incarceration.
